The Opportunity
You will work within a dedicated family law team, managing a broad range of matters including parenting disputes, property settlements, financial agreements, and domestic violence applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, from initial client consultations through to resolution
- Provide clear, compassionate, and strategic legal advice
- Appear at mediations, conferences, and court hearings as required
- Work collaboratively with senior lawyers and support staff to deliver exceptional client outcomes
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented firm culture
About You
- Minimum 2+ years post-admission experience in family law (more senior lawyers also encouraged to apply)
- Strong client communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage files independently while working collaboratively with colleagues
- Empathetic and professional approach to sensitive matters
- Hold a current Queensland practising certificate
