The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit team as a Paralegal or Graduate Lawyer, working closely with senior lawyers and partners across a busy plaintiff compensation practice.
This role is also open to graduate lawyers who are currently completing their law degree (with a minimum of two years remaining) and who already have relevant, hands-on experience working as a paralegal in plaintiff law.
Youll be involved in matters from client onboarding through to settlement, playing a key role in ensuring files are well managed and clients are supported at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing multiple plaintiff compensation files
- Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, insurers, medical experts, and counsel
- Court filing, diary management, and general file administration
- Assisting with hearing and trial preparation
- Providing proactive, organised, and professional support across all matters
About You
- Minimum 2 years experience working as a paralegal or legal assistant in a plaintiff law firm
- OR a graduate lawyer currently completing a law degree with at least two years remaining, and relevant plaintiff paralegal experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
- Good working knowledge of plaintiff compensation law processes
