Restaurant Manager

 Job Description:

  • Hire and train staff members.
  • Ensure that health and safety protocols are adhered to.
  • Keep a meticulous record of income and expenses.
  • Order ingredients in the correct quantities for the kitchen staff.
  • Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints.
  • Open and close the restaurant on time.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of HRS (Hotel and Restaurant Services Diploma) or a 4-year BS HRM degree with at least 5-6 years of experience in a restaurant environment.
  • High school graduate with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a restaurant setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping.
  • Capability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
