Pastry Chef

 Job Description:

  • Preparing ingredients and handling baking and other kitchen equipment.
  • Creating pastries, baked goods, and confections, by following a set recipe.
  • Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure a beautiful and tasteful presentation.
  • Ensuring their section of the kitchen adheres to safety and health regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of French pastries is a MUST
  • Must have at least 2-3 years of working within the food industry as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or relevant role.
  • Great attention to detail and creativity
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, production environment.
