DESCRIPTION:

• Evaluating a patient’s condition and needs
• Developing treatment plans to address a patient’s needs and help them meet specific goals
• Assessing a patient’s home and/or work environment and recommending adaptations to fit the patient’s needs and improve independence
• Training patients and their caregivers to use special equipment
• Assess and document progress for evaluation, billing, and reporting purposes.

Required Skills:

*Must have a strong communicative skills - for easy understanding of patient

*Must have a good problem solving skills - to come out with solution with the same problem with different patient personalities.

*Must be Patient and Flexible at all times, since OT is a long road to deal with the patient, being patient and flexible is a key for high and low points during the process.

REQUIREMENT:

- Licensed Occupational Therapist

-at lest 2 years experience

-Preferably Female
