Physical Therapist – Onsite Employee Wellness Clinic (Financial Services)
Location: New York, NY.
Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099).
Pay Rate: $90/hour.
Schedule: One clinic day per month in July, August, and September. Weekday; DayShift.

Full Description:
A workplace wellness program in the financial services industry is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide onsite musculoskeletal evaluations and treatment for employees in New York, NY.

This is a low-volume role in a professional corporate setting. The provider will evaluate employee concerns, provide education and hands-on treatment within scope, and recommend next steps for care. This is a one-visit model, with referrals made for employees who require ongoing treatment. Providers can expect to see approximately 6–8 patients per clinic day.

No insurance billing, no practice management responsibilities, and all medical equipment and clinic tools are provided onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Perform musculoskeletal evaluations for employees during onsite clinic events.
• Provide education, treatment, and coaching based on employee concerns.
• Recommend follow-up care and refer out when appropriate.
• Document patient encounters according to clinical protocols.
• Deliver care independently in a professional workplace setting.

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in New York.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Minimum 3 years of direct physical therapy experience preferred.
• Strong musculoskeletal assessment and patient education skills.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Professional presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and electronic documentation.
• Must be able to reliably commute to New York, NY.
