Position: Bartender

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating and serving a variety of drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner

- Take drink orders and make recommendations based on customer preferences

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

- Ensure all drinks are made accurately and in a timely manner

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times

- Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking as needed

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

- Adhere to all alcohol serving and safety regulations

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

- Continuously educate yourself on new drinks and mixology techniques

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume establishment

- Extensive knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and ingredients

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision

- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be of legal drinking age and hold a valid Bartending license
