As a Senior Bartender, you will be responsible for creating outstanding beverage experiences while delivering professional, personalized service in a luxury environment. Your expertise, product knowledge, and attention to detail will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and luxury hospitality standards.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service while anticipating guests' preferences and needs.
• Recommend beverages, cocktails, wines, and premium spirits with confidence and professionalism.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene within the bar area.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with support teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service policies and company procedures.
• Support the team in creating a welcoming and engaging bar atmosphere.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a luxury 5-star hotel or upscale hospitality venue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in an additional language such as Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or another European language is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service standards.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene certification or training preferred.
• Professional appearance and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality.
