About the Opportunity

As a Senior Guest Relations Executive, you will play a key role in delivering personalized luxury service while ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. You will oversee VIP arrivals, coordinate bespoke guest experiences, support junior team members, and work closely with multiple departments to maintain the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, including VIP and repeat guests, providing personalized service from arrival through departure.
- Coordinate VIP amenities, transportation, special occasions, and bespoke guest experiences.
- Handle complex guest requests, inquiries, and escalated concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles, recording preferences and special requests to ensure personalized future stays.
- Support the Guest Relations leadership team by mentoring and coaching junior colleagues.
- Collaborate closely with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Assist in preparing VIP arrival reports and ensuring all special arrangements are completed prior to guest arrival.
- Identify opportunities to promote hotel services, experiences, and amenities while enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with luxury hospitality standards, company policies, and health & safety procedures.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute ideas to continuously improve the guest experience.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Concierge, or another guest-facing role within a luxury five-star hotel.
- Previous experience handling VIP guests and delivering highly personalized service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for luxury hospitality.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and confidence managing complex guest situations.
- Ability to mentor and support junior team members while promoting service excellence.
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is considered an advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are highly desirable.
- Professional appearance, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
