Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional first impression.
• Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize restaurant operations.
• Escort guests to their tables while ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Coordinate closely with the restaurant team to ensure efficient communication and smooth service.
• Maintain accurate reservation records using the restaurant management system.
• Keep the reception and waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Promote menu highlights and special offers while enhancing the overall guest experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Hostess, Guest Relations, or similar role within a luxury 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Additional languages are highly desirable.
• Experience using restaurant or hotel reservation systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for guest service.
• Proven ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
• Professional appearance and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
