About the Opportunity
Join one of Dubai's leading luxury hospitality groups and lead exceptional guest experiences across multiple hotel operations.
As a Senior Guest Services Executive, you will oversee daily guest service operations while supporting teams across Front Office, Concierge, Executive Lounge, Recreation, Spa, and other guest-facing departments. You will play a key role in maintaining service excellence, mentoring team members, and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily guest service operations across Front Office, Concierge, Executive Lounge, Recreation, Spa, Fitness, and other guest-facing areas.
- Lead and support team members to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with luxury hospitality standards.
- Handle escalated guest concerns, special requests, and VIP requirements with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor service quality, ensuring compliance with brand standards, safety procedures, and operational policies.
- Coordinate with multiple hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the guest journey.
- Support recreational activities and seasonal guest programs while promoting guest engagement and satisfaction.
- Mentor, coach, and train team members to continuously improve performance and service standards.
- Build strong relationships with VIP and returning guests by delivering personalized hospitality.
- Assist in managing operational incidents and ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and the overall guest experience.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Services, Customer Service, or another guest-facing role within a luxury hotel.
- Previous experience supporting or coordinating hotel operations and guest service teams.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a passion for luxury hospitality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are highly desirable.
- Professional appearance with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence.
