As a Senior Housekeeping Attendant, you will help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation while supporting the housekeeping team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. In addition to your operational responsibilities, you will act as a role model for junior colleagues, assisting with training and contributing to the smooth daily operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest luxury hospitality standards.
• Perform advanced housekeeping tasks, including deep cleaning of carpets, upholstery, drapery, and other designated areas.
• Support Team Leaders by monitoring room readiness and reporting maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring new Housekeeping Attendants, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and resolve concerns while escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate stock levels of amenities, linen, and housekeeping supplies.
• Ensure housekeeping equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, and stored after use.
• Report lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and security standards, including HACCP requirements.
• Participate in departmental briefings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in Housekeeping within a luxury hotel or international hospitality environment.
• Previous experience performing advanced housekeeping duties and supporting team training.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards.
• Ability to organize work efficiently while supporting team performance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certificate in Housekeeping or Hospitality is considered an advantage.
• Professional appearance with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
