About the Opportunity

As an F&B Supervisor, you will lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while supporting and developing the service team. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with strong leadership skills, a passion for service excellence, and experience in luxury dining environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and support the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with luxury hospitality operating procedures.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-service briefings and support daily operational planning.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to maintain high performance standards.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring all operational checklists are completed.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service throughout each shift.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an F&B Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role within a luxury 5-star hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English; an additional international language is considered an advantage.
• Experience using restaurant management systems such as MICROS and SevenRooms is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lead multicultural teams while maintaining the highest service standards.
