As a Junior Mixologist, you will craft innovative cocktails, showcase premium spirits, and contribute to creating unforgettable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages following established recipes and luxury hospitality standards.
• Recommend cocktails, wines, spirits, and signature beverages while providing expert product knowledge.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Support the Bar Manager with stock control, inventory management, and ordering processes.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene within the bar.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared with consistency, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Stay up to date with beverage trends and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Comply with responsible alcohol service policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a Mixologist or Bartender role within a luxury 5-star hotel, premium cocktail bar, or branded restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, premium spirits, wines, and beverage service.
• Experience with modern mixology techniques such as sous-vide infusion, fat-washing, or similar methods is considered an advantage.
• Previous participation in cocktail competitions is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Passion for creativity, innovation, and luxury guest experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
