Are you a skilled and experienced bartender looking for a new challenge? SARK Company is seeking a Head Bartender to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the Head Bartender, you will be responsible for managing the bar operations and leading a team of bartenders to deliver exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service

- Train and mentor bartenders on drink preparation, customer service, and upselling techniques

- Create and update drink menus, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards

- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure food and drink pairing options are available for guests

- Implement cost-saving measures and strategies to increase profitability

- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, review performance, and address any concerns

- Stay updated on industry trends and new drink recipes, and make recommendations to enhance the bar experience for guests

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years experience as a bartender, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role

- Extensive knowledge of different types of drinks, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control

- Must be fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus

- Must be able to obtain a bartender's license in Saudi Arabia
