Spa Therapist - BHH

PHRS Hospitality Experts is currently looking for experienced Spa Therapists to join the wellness team of a new 5-star luxury hotel opening in Bosnia & Herzegovina in December 2026.

This opportunity is ideal for spa professionals who are passionate about wellness, personalized guest service, and delivering exceptional treatments in a luxury hospitality environment.

About the Role

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing professional massage and wellness treatments while ensuring a relaxing, personalized, and memorable experience for every guest.

You will also support the preparation and daily operations of the spa, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, guest care, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage and wellness treatments according to guest needs and preferences.
• Provide relaxation, Swedish, and sports massage treatments.
• Deliver additional massage techniques, such as Thai or Balinese massage, where qualified.
• Consult with guests to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments.
• Ensure a welcoming, relaxing, and professional spa environment.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
• Follow proper spa treatment procedures, health and safety guidelines, and hygiene protocols.
• Maintain spa equipment, treatment products, and supplies.
• Provide personalized guest service and respond professionally to requests.
• Support the spa team during the hotel's pre-opening and daily operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or Massage Therapist, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or professional spa environment.
• Professional training or certification in massage therapy.
• Strong knowledge of relaxation and Swedish massage techniques.
• Experience in sports, Thai, or Balinese massage is highly desirable.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a multicultural hospitality environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Bosnia & Herzegovina.
• Candidates who can travel without requiring a visa will be prioritized.
