As a Guest Relations Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout their stay. By anticipating guest needs, coordinating personalized services, and building meaningful relationships, you will help deliver the exceptional hospitality standards expected in a world-class luxury hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in, orientation, and personalized recommendations.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, inquiries, and service needs throughout their stay.
  • Build strong guest relationships by recognizing preferences and ensuring personalized experiences.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles, recording preferences, special occasions, and individual requirements.
  • Coordinate VIP amenities, special arrangements, and personalized services in collaboration with senior team members.
  • Work closely with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally, escalating complex matters when required.
  • Promote hotel facilities, dining venues, wellness experiences, and other services to enhance the guest journey.
  • Support reservation follow-ups, confirmations, and guest correspondence when required.
  • Participate in ongoing training and continuously contribute to maintaining the highest luxury hospitality standards.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Concierge, or another guest-facing role within a luxury hotel or premium hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and confidence handling guest requests and concerns.
  • Ability to build rapport with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Hospitality diploma or degree is considered an advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are highly desirable.
  • Professional appearance with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and a commitment to delivering personalized luxury experiences.
