About the Opportunity

As a Senior Butler, you will provide highly personalized, intuitive service to VIP and repeat guests, ensuring every aspect of their stay exceeds expectations. By anticipating individual preferences, coordinating bespoke services, and building lasting guest relationships, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional luxury hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival, escort them to their suites, and provide a personalized introduction to the hotel's facilities and services.
• Anticipate guest preferences and deliver tailored experiences that exceed expectations throughout their stay.
• Coordinate luggage handling, room preparation, special amenities, and personalized guest requests.
• Provide expert recommendations on dining experiences, hotel facilities, local attractions, and exclusive services.
• Manage guest registrations, cashiering procedures, and other administrative responsibilities in accordance with hotel standards.
• Handle concierge requests, including transportation, restaurant reservations, leisure activities, and bespoke experiences.
• Maintain the Butler Pantry and service areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and operational readiness.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while building long-term relationships with VIP and repeat guests.
• Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, luxury hospitality, and personalized guest care.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience as a Butler or in a luxury guest service role within an international five-star hotel.
• Proven experience delivering personalized service to VIP and high-profile guests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong passion for luxury hospitality.
• Solid knowledge of fine dining etiquette, premium food & beverage service, and guest experience standards.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Hotel school diploma, Front Office certification, or equivalent hospitality qualification is considered an advantage.
• Excellent spoken English; additional languages are highly desirable.
• Professional appearance, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a multicultural luxury environment.
