About the Opportunity

Join one of Dubai's leading luxury hospitality groups and lead the creation of stunning floral experiences that elevate every guest journey.

As a Senior Florist, you will oversee the hotel's floral design operations, creating elegant arrangements for guest rooms, suites, public areas, and special events. You will combine creativity with leadership by mentoring junior florists, managing daily operations, and ensuring every floral display reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily floral operations, ensuring all arrangements are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards.
• Design and create premium floral arrangements for guest rooms, suites, VIP amenities, public areas, weddings, and special events.
• Develop creative floral concepts that reflect seasonal trends and luxury presentation standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Events, and Guest Relations teams to deliver personalized floral experiences.
• Inspect and approve incoming flowers and plants, ensuring freshness and premium quality.
• Monitor inventory levels, floral supplies, and purchasing requirements while supporting cost control initiatives.
• Prepare work schedules, assign daily tasks, and supervise the workflow of the florist team.
• Train, mentor, and support junior Florists, promoting best practices in floral design and brand presentation.
• Maintain accurate records of floral inventory, material usage, and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and operational procedures while maintaining an organized floral workshop.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in floral design within a luxury hotel, premium event company, or high-end floral boutique.
• Previous experience leading or coordinating a small team is highly desirable.
• Strong creativity with excellent knowledge of floral design, color coordination, and luxury presentation.
• Experience creating floral arrangements for VIP guests, weddings, banquets, and special events.
• Good inventory management and cost control skills.
• Certification or Diploma in Floral Design or Hospitality is considered an advantage.
• Professional appearance with exceptional attention to detail.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences through outstanding floral artistry.
