What You'll Do
- Analyze and litigate insurance coverage and bad faith matters involving:
- Commercial General Liability (CGL)
- Personal lines
- D&O, E&O
- First-party property claims
- Draft coverage opinions and evaluate complex policy issues
- Litigate coverage disputes in state and federal courts
- Work with a diverse client base, including:
- National insurance carriers
- Specialty and non-admitted insurers
- Collaborate closely with experienced partners on sophisticated matters
What Were Looking For
- Some experience with insurance coverage analysis or litigation preferred
- Litigation experience of any type is helpful
- 2–8 years of experience, though all levels considered
- Active Georgia Bar license (required)
- Strong legal writing and issue-spotting skills
- Interest in developing deep subject-matter expertise
