Position Summary: As a Client Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities:

  3. Personalized Assistance: Tailor support and guidance to meet each client's unique requirements, offering expert advice and assistance as needed.
  4. Proactive Support: Monitor client accounts and interactions to identify potential issues or opportunities for improvement. Take proactive steps to enhance client satisfaction.
  5. Information Dissemination: Keep clients informed about relevant updates, product/service enhancements, and promotions to maximize their benefits.
  6. Feedback Collection: Solicit client feedback to gain insights and suggestions for improving services. Collaborate with relevant teams to implement improvements.

Qualifications:
