Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Sales Lead with a strong background in the chemical industry, and good knowledge of chemical raw materials and has the ability to derive revenue growth through strategic customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Manage and expand relationships with current customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide commercial support to clients in the chemical industry.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer feedback.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and client visits as per business needs.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of sales experience in the commercial chemical industry (preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel for business events and client visits.
- Maximum age: 40 years.
- Bachelors degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
