The Role

What You'll Do

• Design and execute HR strategies that align with our ambitious growth plans.
• Own the full employee lifecycle — from attracting top talent to nurturing long-term careers.
• Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance regulations.
• Champion employee relations, resolve conflicts, and foster a culture of trust and transparency.
• Build performance management and training frameworks that elevate our workforce.
• Partner with senior leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Drive initiatives that make us an employer of choice in Alexandria's manufacturing sector.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Manufacturing or FMCG background (food production is a big plus).
• Deep expertise in Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance processes.
• Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and emotional intelligence.
• Proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems and MS Office.
• Fluent Arabic and English.
