The Role

We're looking for a Maintenance Manager who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. You'll lead a skilled team of technicians and engineers, ensuring our production lines, IQF systems, and cold chain infrastructure operate at peak performance. What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor the maintenance team across shifts in a 24/7 production environment.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs that maximize uptime.
• Oversee refrigeration systems, packaging lines, electrical controls, and utilities.
• Partner with Production and Quality to ensure food safety and HACCP compliance.
• Manage the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and vendor negotiations.
• Lead root-cause analysis for critical breakdowns and implement lasting solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement projects that boost reliability and reduce costs.
• Maintain full documentation and equipment history via CMMS.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8–12 years of maintenance experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in refrigeration, food processing, or cold chain operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of PLCs, automation, and electrical control systems.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance KPIs.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong project management skills.
• Fluent Arabic and English.
