Job Details
DFATs Commercial Application and Delivery Section requires a Salesforce UX Designer and Adoption Manager to support UX research, design, and adoption activities across Salesforce projects and business-as-usual systems.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Elicit business requirements and user persona journeys
-
Prepare wireframes and design prototypes
-
Conduct and apply end-user research
-
Ensure compliance with Salesforce UX best practices and federal UX standards
-
Collaborate with stakeholders and project leads
-
Deliver UX documentation, assessments, and research outputs
-
Support change management, user adoption, and training
Selection Criteria

Essential Criteria

Minimum 3+ years in performing Salesforce user experience design

Specialist skills in:

Salesforce UX design (certified)
-
Public Sector Solutions
-
Lightning and Omnistudio UI

WCAG2.0 compliance

Mock-up tools such as Visio
-

Ability to meet Service and Inclusion standards of the Federal Digital Experience Policy

Active NV1 clearance
Desirable Criteria

Knowledge of ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci, ACMP change methodologies

Experience with Salesforce training content: in-app training, videos, e-learning, guides

Experience supporting user adoption in Agile/PRINCE2 environments

Salesforce Administrator certification
