Job Details

As the UX Designer, you will work across business and technical teams to deliver intuitive user experiences and interfaces. The role supports agile delivery teams throughout all design phasesfrom pre-discovery to solution delivery.


Key Duties and Responsibilities


  • Lead user experience design in agile teams across pre-discovery, discovery, design and delivery phases

  • Facilitate co-design workshops and interviews with stakeholders and end users

  • Develop user personas, interface designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes

  • Create functional specifications and document user research findings

  • Collaborate with Agile Coaches and Service Designers to enhance team delivery

  • Promote user-centred design practices and contribute to continuous innovation

  • Extend the AEC Design System and identify opportunities for process and technology improvements

  • Contribute to testing improvements, tools, and methods

Essential Criteria


  1. At least 5 years of UX/UI practice in a similar role

  2. Strong communication skills able to convey ideas verbally and via presentations

  3. Proven ability to work autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team environment

  4. Proven experience with user testing/usability testing and understanding of the digital landscape

  5. Strong conceptual and information design skills, with extensive experience in Figma, Miro and Adobe CC

  6. Experience across key UX design methodologies
