Job Details

As a Software Engineer (Microsoft Power Platform Developer), you will be part of an Agile project team supporting the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems and solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 technologies.

The position is within the Health Business Systems Branch (HBS), which operates multiple scrum teams in an Agile Release Train using SAFe and DevOps frameworks.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Review requirements and user stories, provide feedback

• Design solutions, including options analysis

• Develop Microsoft Power Platform solutions per agreed design

• Document solutions and include code comments

• Conduct and respond to peer code reviews

• Prepare release, deployment and implementation documentation

• Support solutions in a DevOps framework

• Facilitate effective skills and knowledge transfer

Selection Criteria

Essential Criteria

1. Minimum of 5 years experience with the design, development and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform & Dynamics CRM business solutions

2. Demonstrated experience with current versions of Microsoft Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Online CRM

3. Demonstrated experience with CRM Portal solutions and/or ADX Portals

4. High competency with custom workflow assembly development

5. High competency with CRM form programming (JavaScript) and custom page integration

6. Knowledge and experience in Agile delivery

Desirable Criteria

1. Design, development and implementation of SSRS Reports for Dynamics

2. Experience with Dynamics 365 App for Outlook or Dynamics 365 for Outlook (CRM plugin)

3. Experience integrating D365 with Azure and on-premises applications

4. Experience migrating Dynamics On-Premises to Microsoft Azure Cloud

5. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients

6. Minimum of 2 referees (only required for shortlisted candidates)
