Job Details
The ACCC is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to work closely with IT teams to produce and maintain system documentation. This includes system process maps, technical procedures, specifications, and design documents.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage existing and new technical documents

Engage and consult with technical leads, architects, and IT experts

Ensure release and version control of documents

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation for stakeholders
Selection Criteria
Max 5000 characters total in one-page pitch (individual responses not required)
Essential Criteria
-
An understanding of Azure infrastructure, Microsoft Power Apps and Data Lake solutions and proficiency with MS Office products Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.

A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in technical writing including design and development of ICT technical documentation system design, process maps, technical procedures and user stories.

Demonstrated effective communication working with developers, architects, cyber security and end users including well-developed writing skills with an ability to write in a clear and concise manner.
