Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand travel needs and budgets

• Research destinations, lodging, flights, tours, and activities

• Create personalized travel itineraries

• Book hotels, flights, cruises, transfers, and excursions

• Provide support before, during, and after travel

• Stay updated on travel policies and industry trends

• Maintain accurate client and booking records

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Excellent research and organizational abilities
