Vacation Planning Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized, client-focused Vacation Planning Specialist to help travelers plan smooth and memorable getaways. In this remote role, youll create customized vacation experiences based on each clients interests, schedules, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel goals and preferences

• Research destinations, lodging, transportation, and activities

• Prepare clear vacation proposals and itinerary options

• Coordinate and finalize bookings for flights, hotels, and experiences

• Provide reliable support before and during travel

• Stay updated on travel requirements and destination trends

• Maintain accurate booking records and documentation

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills

• Excellent organization and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and manage accurate information

• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

• Experience in travel or customer service is helpful, not required
