In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help assemble organized travel plans. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary development, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining accurate records.

You will also provide updates and assistance when itinerary changes, documentation needs, or schedule adjustments arise before, during, or after travel. This role focuses on service quality, organization, and attention to detail rather than sales responsibilities.
