About the Role:
The Regional Leader/City Supervisor/Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing and growing the PHS business within a designated city or region. This includes driving revenue, maintaining profitability, and ensuring a balanced and efficient operation of supply and demand. The role requires a mix of strategic planning, operational oversight, and team leadership.

What You Will Do

1. Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue in the assigned region.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives.
  • Set and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

2. Profitability Management

  • Optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality.
  • Monitor key financial metrics, including profit margin and cost per order.
  • Conduct regular analyses to improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead.

3. Supply & Demand Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage service providers within the assigned city or region.
  • Execute local marketing initiatives to drive customer demand and bookings.
  • Ensure a healthy balance between service provider capacity and customer demand.

4. Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage city-level teams, including field operations, sales, and support staff.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development support.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.

5. Operational Excellence

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Resolve operational challenges, including service provider shortages and quality issues.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and manage escalations to improve service quality.

6. Data & Reporting

  • Analyze regional KPIs, including order volume and service provider utilization rates.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to improve operational strategies and performance.

7. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, and Finance to support regional objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local partners and government stakeholders when required.


What You Will Need

  • This is an in-city role, so you are required to be present in the city of operations.

  • Immediate availability is preferred, but candidates with notice periods will also be considered.
