About The Role

We are looking for proactive, confident, and field-ready individuals to help drive brand awareness and demand generation for Pinhome Home Service through offline and online marketing activities.

What You Will Need

• Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelors degree (any major)

• Experience in sales, canvassing, direct marketing, or field promotion is a plus

  Presentable, professional appearance and strong communication skills

• Willing to work mobile/on-field in Jabodetabek & Bali.

• Able to perform both soft selling and hard selling approaches based on audience type

• Comfortable approaching business owners (cafés, restaurants, salons, gyms, apartments, boarding houses, etc.)

• Able to negotiate and secure permission to install marketing materials

• Experienced or comfortable with flyering and voucher distribution

• Disciplined in submitting structured activity reports (photos, location, materials distributed)

• Responsive in handling chats (max. 15 minutes during working hours)

What You Will Do

• Execute BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities in assigned areas

• Install and distribute marketing collaterals (brochures, acrylic stands, X-banners, etc.)

• Run online campaigns via WhatsApp broadcast, community groups, IG stories, Facebook groups, etc.

• Collect business owner contacts and build partnership pipeline

• Submit daily activity reports and track voucher redemptions according to SOP

• Coordinate with Brand & Pinhome Home Service team for partnership proposal execution
