Key Responsibilities:

New Business Acquisition

  • Identify and research potential B2B clients and strategic partners
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.)
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals
  • Negotiate and close deals aligned with company goals

Account & Partner Management

  • Maintain and grow relationships with current clients and partners
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Ensure partner satisfaction and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Coordinate internal resources to support partner needs

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Contribute to the overall business development and partnership strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to align messaging and delivery
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights
  • Track KPIs and prepare regular reports on business development performance

Qualifications:

  • Min 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales (internship experience also considered)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship management and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently
