About the job HRGA Intern
What You Will Do:
- Manage HR data, create dashboards, and provide insights
- Track SP productivity, manage calendars, and leave records
- Validate and analyze SP order cancellations
- Coordinate disciplinary actions with HRGA PIC
- Assist in recruitment, training, and onboarding
- Support stock management and tools procurement
- Assist in performance management projects
- Provide operational support for Pinhome Home Service
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR, IE, Business, or related field
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and proactive
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with blue-collar workforce/HR/ops is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Hands-on and operationally driven
