About the job HRGA Intern

What You Will Do:

  • Manage HR data, create dashboards, and provide insights
  • Track SP productivity, manage calendars, and leave records
  • Validate and analyze SP order cancellations
  • Coordinate disciplinary actions with HRGA PIC
  • Assist in recruitment, training, and onboarding
  • Support stock management and tools procurement
  • Assist in performance management projects
  • Provide operational support for Pinhome Home Service

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, IE, Business, or related field
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and proactive
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with blue-collar workforce/HR/ops is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Hands-on and operationally driven
