About the role
Pinhome is looking for a driven and highly structured Interior Services Project Owner Intern to help us build and systematize the internal processes for our Interior Services business.
This role will work closely with the Category & Strategy team to translate real operational workflows into clear SOPs, playbooks, and execution frameworks—covering the full journey from customer intake to project delivery.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role, ideal for a fresh graduate with a background in Interior Design or Architecture who also has strong project management instincts and enjoys organizing complex processes.
You will act as an internal owner of process clarity, helping ensure that our Interior Services business can scale in a structured, repeatable way.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with the Interior Services lead to document and structure end-to-end workflows, including:
Customer journey & touchpoints
Design and approval processes
Project handover & delivery flows
- Work closely with Product and Operations teams to:
Translate SOPs and workflows into operational processes
Support conversion of SOPs into product requirements, tools, or platform flows
Ensure alignment between process design, system behavior, and on-ground execution
- Turn real operational practices into:
SOPs
Checklists
Process maps
Internal guidelines
- Own specific internal projects such as:
Standardizing WhatsApp communication flows
Defining roles & responsibilities (RACI/RASCI)
Creating simple governance rules for scope, revisions, and approvals
- Coordinate with Designers, Project Managers, and Operations to:
- Understand on-the-ground realities
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and ambiguities
- Understand on-the-ground realities
- Act as a single internal point-of-contact for process-related questions within Interior Services
- Continuously iterate and improve processes based on feedback and execution learnings
What You Will Need
- Fresh graduate or final-year student from: Interior Design, Architecture or closely related fields
- Strong project management mindset:
Structured thinking
Comfortable breaking down complex problems
Able to track tasks, owners, and timelines
High attention to detail and documentation quality
- Able to communicate clearly with both:
- Creative roles (Design)
- Operational roles (Ops / PM)
- Product
- Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in a build-from-zero environment
- Interest in operations, process design, and how real-world projects are executed
