About the Role
Pinhome is looking for Category Management Interns to join immediately and support the Growth Strategy & Operations team. You will be part of the Category Management Unit, driving growth across key service categories within Pinhomes Home Services business.
This internship will offer an opportunity to learn end-to-end category ownership from research and market benchmarking to operational improvement and partner management. Youll work closely with the CEO Office, Strategy, and Operations teams to help scale both existing services and new product initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to support category growth and new product development.
- Help project manage ongoing and new growth initiatives, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support supply-demand balance analysis and category performance tracking through data monitoring and dashboards.
- Assist in designing and evaluating service provider (SP) incentive programs, pricing strategies, and quality improvements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly category performance reports, summarizing key metrics, insights, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, ops, and product teams to execute initiatives that drive order volume and service quality.
What You Will Need
- Final-year university student or fresh graduate (Business, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related relevant fields).
- Prior experience in strategy, research, operations, or business analyst roles is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and research skills, able to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office & Google Suite
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Highly proactive with strong ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- Plus point: having knowledge of financials
About the team
You'll join Pinhome's Strategy & Cofounders Office team, working directly with the Cofounders and CSO who oversee both the overall company strategy and P&L ownership of Pinhome. Our team operates at the intersection of all business functions, driving key strategic initiatives that shape company direction, especially profitability.
The team culture emphasizes data-driven decision making, rapid execution, and collaborative problem-solving. You'll work closely with C-levels and functional leaders across the organization, gaining unique exposure to all aspects of building and scaling a multi-vertical technology platform.
