About the role

As the Vertical Owner of the Air Conditioner Service business, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service center's operations. This includes building the business from inception to execution, ensuring service quality, and driving business expansion.

What You Will Do

  • Build and Launch: Take ownership of the end-to-end process of launching the air conditioner service business, from conceptualization to implementation.
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the service center, including scheduling, technician management, and customer service.
  • Service Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of service quality by implementing best practices, conducting regular inspections, and addressing customer feedback.
  • Business Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand the business, including identifying new markets, partnerships, and service offerings.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of professional AC technicians, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Technology Integration: Collaborate with tech teams to develop and optimize the service app, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
