About the role

As the Category Owner of Cleaning + Deep Cleaning Services, you will own the P&L and end-to-end operations of PHS's largest revenue-generating category. You'll be responsible for building the most trusted and efficient home cleaning service in Indonesia, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize customer experience, service provider performance, and business profitability. This role requires a strategic operator who can balance growth ambitions with operational excellence while managing both growth and service quality.


What You Will Do

  • P&L Ownership & Strategy:
    • Revenue Optimization: Drive category revenue growth through dynamic pricing strategies, service bundling, and premium tier development based on customer segment insights
    • Unit Economics Management: Optimize contribution margins across High Value, Loyalist, and Seasonal customer segments while maintaining service quality standards

  • Business Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand the business, including identifying new markets, partnerships, and service offerings.

  • Build and Launch: Take ownership of the end-to-end process of expanding, launching new services, and initiatives within the cleaning and deep cleaning service business, from conceptualization to implementation.

  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the service ensuring all processes work well and maintain high standards of service quality by implementing best practices, conducting regular inspections, and addressing customer feedback.

  • Technology Integration and Improvement: Collaborate with tech teams to develop and optimize the service

  • Passion in Service Industry and Impact: Have a strong interest and passion in delivering the best service and value proposition to both customer and service providers.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, blue-collar-workers, and customers effectively.
