About the Role:

As the Operations Support for the Air Conditioner Service business, you will primarily handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, performance management, HR administration, and offboarding.

What You Will Do:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment records and update candidate databases or spreadsheets.
  • Support in conducting background checks and verifying employment references.

Performance Management Assistance:

  • Aid in the documentation and tracking of performance reviews and employee evaluations.
  • Assist in distributing performance appraisal forms and collecting feedback from managers.
  • Help in organizing training sessions or meetings related to performance improvement.

HR Administration:

  • Manage employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and HR databases.
  • Process HR-related paperwork such as employment contracts, offer letters, and benefits enrollment forms.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Offboarding Support:

  • Assist in coordinating the offboarding process by preparing termination paperwork and exit interviews.
  • Ensure the return of company assets and update employee records accordingly.
  • Support in conducting exit interviews and gathering feedback from departing employees.

What You Will Need:

Administrative Skills:

  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Google Tools).
  • Ability to organize and maintain accurate records and documentation.

Attention to Detail:

  • Meticulous attention to detail in handling HR paperwork and maintaining employee records.

Communication Skills:

  • Good communication skills to interact professionally with employees, candidates, and managers.
