About the Role:
As the Operations Support for the Air Conditioner Service business, you will primarily handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, performance management, HR administration, and offboarding.
What You Will Do:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment records and update candidate databases or spreadsheets.
- Support in conducting background checks and verifying employment references.
Performance Management Assistance:
- Aid in the documentation and tracking of performance reviews and employee evaluations.
- Assist in distributing performance appraisal forms and collecting feedback from managers.
- Help in organizing training sessions or meetings related to performance improvement.
HR Administration:
- Manage employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and HR databases.
- Process HR-related paperwork such as employment contracts, offer letters, and benefits enrollment forms.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Offboarding Support:
- Assist in coordinating the offboarding process by preparing termination paperwork and exit interviews.
- Ensure the return of company assets and update employee records accordingly.
- Support in conducting exit interviews and gathering feedback from departing employees.
What You Will Need:
Administrative Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Google Tools).
- Ability to organize and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Attention to Detail:
- Meticulous attention to detail in handling HR paperwork and maintaining employee records.
Communication Skills:
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with employees, candidates, and managers.
Teamwork:
- Ability to work collaboratively with HR team members and other departments as needed.
Discretion and Confidentiality:
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
