Senior Finance, Accounting and Tax

About the role

As the Finance, Accounting, and Tax Lead, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing all finance, accounting, and tax-related activities for our property agency holding company. This includes:

• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis initiatives.
• Providing strategic financial guidance to support business decisions and growth objectives.
• Managing relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
• Developing and implementing robust internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets.

What You Will Do

General

• Working daily in PT PSM South Jakarta (Hybrid);

• You will help Pincapital Environment, to comply with the regulations regarding the Business Process, Tax Treatment, Implementations,Compliance and Planning, etc.;

• Providing strategic financial guidance to support business decisions and growth objectives.

• Improve Tax Audit ready stated in terms of accuracy and reliability;

Specifically

• Responsible for all consolidated report for whole Pincap group

• Ensure for all standalone reporting so all entities are audit ready stated

• Responsible for establish finance operations

• Responsible with all stakeholder to build up financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis initiatives

• Responsible for cash management system

• Ensure the all the entities activity comply with the tax regulations;

What You Will Need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Proven experience in finance, accounting, and tax leadership roles, preferably within the property or real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure.
• Familiarity with property investment structures, including REITs, joint ventures, and property development projects.
• Knowledge of transfer pricing principles, particularly relevant for intercompany transactions within a property group structure.
• Experience in managing complex financial transactions, such as property acquisitions, disposals, and lease agreements.

About the team

As a startup company, the FAT lead will be under the Finance Accounting and Tax (FAT) Tribe. We will work with an extraordinary fast growing company. The Leaders are expected to be agile, smart working, flexible but detail oriented. The Leader will be working daily in South Jakarta (PT PSM HQ) and working closely with Pinhome Ecosystem and FAT Team and will be day to day reviewing transactions with the AP & AR team to make sure the transactions, business process, and all the transactions are recorded properly and complied with the GAAP and Indonesian Tax regulation. Involved into the month end closing and report the financial metric (including consolidation report) into Pinhome HQ.
