Product Marketing Analyst

About the role

Product Marketing Analyst is a key player in Pinhome Home Service’s marketing activities. In this role, you will be the key go-to marketing person for Home Service and be highly in touch with many stakeholders business team, data team, product team, etc. You will do lots of marketing-related ideations and problem solvings.

What You Will Do

Ideation:

• Together with Product Marketing Associate, to create Go-To-Market strategy for Pinhome Home Service campaigns Pinhome’s very own on-demand and scheduled household services (Home Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Massage, AC Wash, etc.
• Assist in Marketing-related benchmarking and exploration projects.

Execution:

• Lead small-medium campaign executions work with different stakeholders and channel owners.
• Assist in monitoring different marketing channel performances.
• Assist in monitoring marketing-related product performance and metrics.

Reporting:

• Generate small-medium marketing campaign/project reports providing insights & improvement points.

What You Will Need

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Commercial, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Previous Tech Product Marketing, Brand Marketing or related experience will be a plus.

Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written as you will be working with different stakeholders marketing channel owners, business team, data team, product team, etc.
• Comfortable working with detail and processing marketing data to generate simple insights.

Personal Attributes:

• High curiosity and is a make-do person.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where you will learn to take actions quickly.

• Able to have strong ownership towards home service products.
