About The Role
As a CRM Intern at Pinhome, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the Social Media and CRM team, working across multiple channels to boost customer engagement and retention. This role will allow you to learn and execute real-world CRM strategies, giving you hands-on experience with key tools and platforms. You will be part of a creative and data-driven environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on our customer interactions.
About The Team
You will be a key part of Pinhomes Social Media and CRM team, a dynamic group that merges creative content with data-driven customer engagement. Our team is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience while continuously exploring innovative ways to connect with and retain our users.
What You Will Do
Plan and execute CRM campaigns through various channels, including push notifications, in-app banners, and WhatsApp.
Provide weekly reports on the performance of all CRM channels, analyzing and presenting key metrics.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement strategies to improve Pinhomes customer retention rates.
Maintain consistent Customer Lifetime Value (CTV) across all CRM channels.
What You Will Need
Fresh Graduate/Final-Year student (with no classes attended)
Previous experience using CRM tools (Clevertap, MoEngage, or similar platforms).
Proficiency in Google Sheets for processing and analyzing data.
A passion for data-driven marketing and customer engagement strategies.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
