About the Role
This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that support our marketing goals and drive business growth. He/she will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute partnership strategies that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue generation.
About the Team
He/she will be working under the Brand team and reporting directly to the Brand & Communications Manager. He/she will also be supported by the Brand Strategist, BTL expert, and Public Relations within the same team to ensure all the tasks are well delivered and executed properly.
What You Will Do
Identify and evaluate potential partners aligned with our brand and marketing objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and brands.
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value and alignment.
Collaborate with internal teams to execute joint campaigns and initiatives.
Monitor and analyze the performance of partnership programs and optimize for maximum ROI.
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in partnership marketing, business development, or strategic alliances.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
