[Discovery Property] FAT Manager

About the role

The Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing the companys financial health by managing financial planning, reporting, taxation, and compliance. This role ensures the companys financial integrity and adherence to all regulatory and tax requirements while providing strategic insights to support business decisions. This role is placement for Discovery Property Bandung.

What You Will Do

• Oversee all financial, accounting, and tax operations of the organization.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all local tax obligations (e.g. CIT and withholding tax).

• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making.

• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Maintain general ledger, reconciliations, and supporting documentation in compliance with accounting standards.

• Implement and monitor tax strategies to optimize the companys tax position.

What You Will Need

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

• Min. GPA 3.0 out of 4.0

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

• Willing to be placed in Bandung Area
