About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic Sr. Associate - Commercial Sales to joing our team in the Jabodetabek region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and leasing transactions for commercial properties. Your duties will include implementing account plans, managing portfolios, and nurturing client relationships. You will leverage your networks to identify sales opportunities and support business development initiatives. Additionally, you will be tasked with sourcing, listing, and negotiating transactions, conducting property inspections, and providing valuable market insights to clients. The ideal candidate will maintain active buyer and seller pipelines to ensure efficient and successful transactions.


What You Will Do

  • Ensure that account plans are implemented and aligned with client objectives
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Leverage external networks to further sales and business development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the market
  • Assisting in the sourcing, listing, and selling and leasing of commercial properties across Jabodetabek
  • Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers
  • Negotiating property transactions from start to finish
  • Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property
  • Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients


What You Will Need

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in managing commercial accounts (Retail, Office Space, Warehouse) or B2B Role
  • Excellent communication skill with the ability to converse with diverse range of stakeholders
  • Strong commitment to customer service excellence
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ideally equipped with a Bachelor Degree in Business or similar degree.
