About the role

This person will handle overall technicalities that impact SEO overall performance, especially E-commerce listings (but not limited to) such as house, apartment, ruko, office, land, and also mortgage. He also handles product management related to SEO. He will help the company to improve the fundamental & technical of the website, so that Pinhome can grow Organic traffic significantly in the first 6 months.


What You Will Do

  • Work alongside SEO Lead, Product Marketing, Product Managers, and Engineers to support marketing objectives through SEO product management.

  • Increase Pinhome Commercial listings organic visibility related keywords by improving SERP ranking, keyword coverage, landing page experience, and making sure that Pinhome stays on top of the competition in the Indonesia market.

  • Actively seeking for improvement areas by closely monitoring the SEO performance (clicks, conversion rate, impressions, ranking position, market share, transactional metrics, etc) and staying alert for any changes in Pinhome website that may harm SEO.

  • Analyze large sets of data and act quickly on trends and opportunities by staying up-to-date on SEO in an extremely dynamic and competitive environment.

  • Achieve 100% of the assigned mission teams performance tactical marketing objective by delivering effective project management.


What You Will Need

  • Formal education min bachelor degree (any major welcome, computer science/engineering is preferred)

  • 2 years experience in SEO technical and product

  • Enterprise SEO experience, preferably at large-scale e-commerce, OTA, or top SEO agency.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Able to work with minimal guidance.

  • Deep understanding of technical SEO and its relation to ranking algorithms such as crawl, index, metadata, and other on-page factors is a must.

  • Experienced in product management especially related to SEO.

  • Solid understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytic and Google Search Console.

  • Experienced with SEO research and audit tools such as screaming frog, Ahrefs.

  • Experienced in running a project with technical stakeholders such as product managers and engineers.

  • Basic Understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript.
