About the role
The Admin Finance Staff is responsible for supporting daily financial and administrative activities, including transaction data entry, document handling, transaction reconciliation, bank data update, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations. This is a hybrid role based in South Jakarta with once-a-week on-site work (WFO).
What You Will Do
Record daily cash flow and bank balances.
Support daily payment and transaction.
Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliation.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
What You Will Need
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in administrative or finance-related roles.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and familiar with accounting systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and a responsible attitude.
Able to work independently and in a team.
