About the Role

Pinhome is currently looking for a highly structured and results-driven Civil Engineering Site Engineer to oversee the day-to-day execution and delivery of Home Repair and Renovation projects within Pinhome Home Service’s (PHS). In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, ensuring work quality, monitoring project progress, and maintaining effective communication with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and according to quality standards.

You will be responsible for coordinating on-site project execution, monitoring construction progress, ensuring work quality, coordinating with contractors and homeowners, verifying material readiness, and ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable building regulations. You will also identify on-site issues, provide regular project updates, and support the timely delivery of renovation projects while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

This is a highly cross-functional role requiring close collaboration with Category Owners, Interior teams, Operations, and Management teams to ensure seamless project delivery. You will coordinate with external partners, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and service standards.

What You Will Do

  • Supervise on-site project execution to ensure construction and renovation activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, company standards, and project timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and schedule performance while coordinating with contractors, vendors, external stakeholders, relevant authorities, and internal teams to resolve operational and technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure the quality of workmanship and proper material utilization, maintaining compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections and verify project documentation, including progress records, site reports, supporting evidence, and other project-related documents.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, progress records, and daily/weekly reports, ensuring reliable project data to support decision-making and project tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Interior Teams, Category Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BoQ) to ensure construction activities are executed accurately.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders through responsive communication, effective coordination, and excellent customer service.

What You Will Need 

Technical Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, renovation, site supervision, or project coordination.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BoQ).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD for reviewing technical drawings. Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other design software is a plus.
  • Good understanding of construction processes, building materials, and quality standards.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple site activities simultaneously.
  • Willing to travel frequently and conduct regular site visits across project locations.
