Sales Ops Intern

About the role

This role supports daily mortgage operations and monitoring activities to ensure smooth execution and SLA performance. The intern will work closely with the Mortgage Ops team to handle operational tasks, data updates, reporting, and daily coordination with mortgage partners (Agents) during the internship period.

What You Will Do

• Support daily mortgage operations, including operational checks and monitoring

• Assist with Mortgage Consultant supervision (attendance tracking, scheduling support, and updates)

• Perform data updates and reporting across internal systems (e.g., Retool, databases, trackers)

• Monitor transaction pipelines progress and assist with reporting

• Conduct daily engagement with mortgage outbound partners to monitor pipelines and status updates

• Ensure operational data accuracy and timely updates to support SLA performance

• Support After-sales brokerage coordination, reporting and transaction recording

What You Will Need

• Final-year student or fresh graduate from Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields

• Comfortable with operational and administrative work on a daily basis

• Detail-oriented and high accuracy in data handling and reporting

• Able to work with multiple trackers and internal tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards, internal systems)

• Good communication skills for daily coordination

• Able to follow processes, timelines, and SLA-driven tasks

• Basic understanding of mortgage / banking processes is a plus (but not mandatory)

• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with supervision

About the team

You will be joining the Mortgage Operations & Brokerage Support team, which plays a key role in ensuring smooth mortgage processes and post-transaction operations. The team works closely with internal stakeholders, banks, Mortgage Consultants (MCs), and Agents to monitor pipelines, maintain SLA performance, and ensure data accuracy.

As an intern, you will work directly with experienced team members and gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end mortgage operations, daily monitoring, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.
